An Expedite is a special service for cases that USCIS considers urgently need resolution to their application for immigration benefits. USCIS reviews these applications on a case-by-case basis, in non-citizen cases where there is a final removal order or removal proceedings the cases are coordinated between USCIS and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Departments.
